To use, simply place the shower steamer on the floor of your shower, near the stream of water. For a more intense aroma, move the steamer into the flow of water. For a gentler scent, lightly wet the steamer. As the steam releases the aromas, take deep breaths and enjoy a relaxing experience. Each of the 5 steamers can be used 1-2 times
